Terms of Cancelling
We do not grant a return policy for commercial customers.
Private customers may revoke their contract within 14 days without naming a reason.
The request must be made within 14 days of receipt of shipment after you or a third person named by you, who’s not the carrier, took hold of the goods.
To use your power of revocation, send us a definite request to revoke your contract to a better TRUTH OHG, Grünwälderstr. 17, D-79098 Freiburg, Germany by letter, fax or email. You may, but don’t have to, use the form below.
To fulfil the cancellation period, it’s enough to send us a note that will use your power of revocation within the cancellation period.
Details of Contract Cancellation
If you revoke the contract, we will refund your complete payments including shipping costs (except the additional costs for any more expensive shipping method than the standard shipping method offered by us). We will refund you immediately and within 14 days of our receipt of your return request. We will refund you using the same payment method that you used when paying your order, except a different agreement took place. You will not pay any fees for the refund payment. We may postpone the refund until we received the items or you give proof that you sent them back, depending on what occurs before.
You have to send or give back the items immediately and latest within 14 days after informing us about your request to revoke the contract. The period is fulfilled if you dispatch the items within 14 days.
We pay the return shipping costs. You will pay every loss of value of the goods that results of your use or handling of the items, except of the use or handling that was necessary to test the quality or functionality of the items.
