The basic version consists of a ring for mounting on the camera and the cable connector. The exterior of the connector is knurled to provide a better grip, and to make it easier to hold. The magnets’ poles are opposed, meaning that a slight turning motion is enough to effortlessly break the connection.
With some camera types the BNC connections are inverted, meaning that an adaptor is necessary. For some configurations it can be useful if the cable is led out either to the left or the right. There is also a 90° angle connector on which the BNC Easy Click can be mounted.
Assembly is very easy. Simply place the ring over the cable connector and use the Allen key provided to tighten the screw.
